Abstract

Penguatan delapan dimensi profil lulusan membutuhkan sumber belajar kontekstual yang terkait erat dengan pengalaman hidup mahasiswa. Namun, penelitian mengenai kearifan lokal sebagai sumber belajar masih terbatas, khususnya di wilayah perbatasan, terpencil, dan terbelakang (3-T). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi kearifan lokal masyarakat Pulau Taliabu dalam mendukung delapan dimensi profil lulusan, yaitu capaian kompetensi, karakter, dan kemampuan holistik peserta didik setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnosains di wilayah Taliabu Timur Selatan, Maluku Utara. Informan dipilih secara purposif, meliputi guru jenjang SD, SMP, dan SMA, serta tokoh masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap kondisi sosial di sekolah serta wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisis secara induktif melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan keabsahannya diuji menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai bentuk kearifan lokal masyarakat Pulau Taliabu, seperti keberagaman etnis yang hidup rukun, gotong royong, pengetahuan tradisional tentang tumbuhan obat dan pertanian lokal, serta kriya berbasis alam, memiliki relevansi kuat dengan delapan dimensi profil lulusan seperti keimanan dan akhlak mulia, kewargaan, penalaran kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, kemandirian, kesehatan, dan komunikasi. Nilai-nilai lokal tersebut dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam berbagai mata pelajaran, sehingga memperkaya pembelajaran kontekstual dan penguatan karakter. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan kearifan lokal masyarakat Pulau Taliabu dalam pendidikan berpotensi memperkuat delapan dimensi profil lulusan siswa, serta membantu mengatasi tantangan implementasi kurikulum di daerah terpencil.
